There are two key aspects to note regarding our warranty terms:

• Brand Warranty Products: Some products come with a brand warranty, which means the warranty is offered directly by the brand itself. In this case, we are simply resellers of the product. If you encounter any issues with these items, you would need to contact the brand’s service centers for assistance.
• Non-Warranty Products: There are products for which the brands do not offer warranty services in Pakistan or which have not been officially launched in Pakistan. These items are sold as non-warranty products. Please keep this in mind when making your purchase.

In-Store Warranty & Return
When you purchase from our physical store, whether the product comes with a warranty or not, we ensure that you thoroughly check the product at the time of purchase. We encourage you to inspect the item for any manufacturing faults, broken parts, or scratches. If any issues are found, we will exchange the product on the spot. Once you are satisfied and leave the premises, no further warranty claims will be entertained. This policy ensures that you leave our store with complete peace of mind.

Online Purchase
For online purchases, we take extra care to ensure you receive your products in perfect condition. When your product is delivered, it’s crucial to make an unboxing video. This video should clearly show the process of opening the parcel and using the product. Make sure the video is continuous and without breaks, capturing every detail from opening the package to operating the product. If you encounter any manufacturing faults, this video will serve as evidence for your claim. Without a clear and continuous unboxing video, no claims will be entertained.
